THE STEALTH Cigar Humidor | Nero Marquina Marble

The Stealth is carved from a solid block of Nero Marquina marble, its deep black surface interrupted only by the lightning-like white veins natural to the stone. Where most humidors borrow the language of traditional cabinetry, this one borrows from architecture and automotive design, and it is the only piece in the collection that does.

Diamond-cut geometry

The silhouette is defined by 45-degree chamfered facets running the length of the body. They catch light along their edges rather than across a flat face, which gives the humidor a profile that reads as fast even standing still. The handle is not applied: it is a continuous horizontal channel carved directly into the solid oak front, so the shadow line reads as part of the geometry rather than as hardware bolted to it.

The system inside

Humidification is by Boveda, with an integrated holder for the 320 g pack. It is a two-way system that releases moisture when the interior dries and reabsorbs it when the level climbs, holding a flat line rather than cycling. There is no distilled water and no sponge: the pack is replaced when it begins to stiffen, typically every two to four months. The interior is lined in Okoumé. The humidor opens on a solid oak drawer, finished in black, running on a soft-close mechanism, because a lifted lid would release most of the conditioned air in one movement while a drawer retains the bulk of it.

Capacity and care

Between 50 and 70 cigars depending on the ring gauge you favour, the higher figure with slimmer vitolas and the lower with larger gauges. The thermal mass of twenty kilos of solid marble protects the interior from the temperature swings of a heated room, which matters more than any single specification for cigars kept over years. Keep the humidor below roughly 21 °C and out of direct sun. Above about 24 °C tobacco beetle eggs can hatch inside a cigar. Clean the marble with a soft, barely damp cloth only: acidic and limescale products etch polished stone permanently.
