We specialize in the creation of high-end humidors and custom cabinets of all sizes, up to prestigious walk-in rooms.

A luxury bar cabinet for a private residence. A walk-in room designed to house both a wine collection and a cigar humidor under the same roof. A private-label humidor line for a tobacconist who wants their own name on the lid. Different briefs, one question every brand, architect and interior designer eventually asks: who can actually build this, start to finish, without me managing five different workshops?

Following a major upgrade of our production facility, the answer is Litolite. We have brought every stage of manufacturing in-house, combining our family's stone and cabinetmaking heritage with next-generation 5-axis CNC technology. You bring a concept, a sketch, or a full technical drawing, and we take it through every single phase, from 3D design to the finished, installed piece.

Litolite atelier: Italian craftsmanship and 5-axis CNC for bespoke humidors and cabinets

One workshop, every phase of production

We no longer outsource the steps that usually force a brand to coordinate multiple suppliers. Everything now happens under one roof, with one point of contact and one quality standard:

  • In-house 3D design and engineering: our internal design department models, programs and technically develops the piece exactly as the client envisions it, before a single cut is made.
  • 5-axis CNC machining (Biesse Rover): millimetre-level precision for complex geometries, organic shapes and internal cavities that would be impossible to achieve by hand alone.
  • Marquetry and inlay: a craft very few workshops still master in-house, using techniques passed down through generations of Italian stonecutters.
  • Calibrating, veneering and finishing: premium wood selection, flawless surface preparation, and a wide range of finishes and coatings built to last.
  • Assembly and quality control: every piece is built, tested and inspected internally before it ever leaves the workshop.

What we can build for you

Our capability scales from the smallest gift box to entire rooms. A few examples of what turnkey means in practice:

  • Walk-in wine and cigar rooms: custom-built cellars designed to store fine wine and cigars together, engineered for the right humidity, materials and layout.
  • Design bar furniture and cabinetry: bespoke bar units and furniture pieces for residential or hospitality projects, built to an architect's or designer's exact specification.
  • Luxury humidors and gift boxes: from a single bespoke commission to a private-label production run for tobacconists and retailers.
  • Custom cabinetry at any scale: if it can be drawn, our 3D design and 5-axis machining teams can engineer it and our workshop can build it.

Why brands and architects work with us

Every project is treated as its own ecosystem, engineered to integrate seamlessly into the most exclusive residential or retail environments, with the reliability of a single Italian workshop behind the entire process, from the first 3D render to final installation.
